Hosting me for a workshop is a bite-size, yet effective, way of either beginning or deepening the embodied leadership journey – for you and the people you serve.
Whether online or in person, my workshops are dynamic, interactive and inspiring. Typical timing is 1.5 – 2.5 hours each.

TRAINING retreats
Spacious, restorative professional development with big, lasting impact
One of the most powerful ways of learning group facilitation is to to be immersed in it! For this reason, retreats are my preferred way of offering training. (I also offer more modular TRAINING SESSIONS.)
In addition to providing an ideal setting for experiential learning, retreats offer an invitation to pause, ground, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and what truly matters. Whether gathering in a beautiful natural setting or meeting online from afar, these immersive experiences create the environment needed for real transformation. Through embodied leadership practices, meaningful dialogue, and time for reflection, each retreat becomes not only a powerful opportunity for learning and skill-building, but also a catalyst for renewal, insight, and lasting change.

My signature training retreats
I currently offer three signature training retreats designed to help you and your team cultivate the three pillars of embodied leadership.

Inner Landscapes of Leadership
Deepening awareness as the foundation for grounded, compassionate facilitation.
This retreat focuses on cultivating embodied self-awareness and attunement — learning to sense, regulate, and respond with flexibility so you can lead from grounded presence rather than overwhelm.

Blueprints for Connection
Building the structures and rhythms that help groups feel safe enough, engaged, and alive.
Explore the art and practice of group architecture and discover how intentional, trauma-informed facilitation design creates an ecosystem of meaningful engagement, collaboration, and belonging.

Pathways to Embodied Leadership
Translating insight into action that uplifts, empowers, and transforms.
Through experiential practices and collaborative exploration, you will learn how to facilitate in a way that navigates challenges, embodies integrity, and takes courageous steps toward meaningful change.
In-person retreats
Multi-day in-person professional development retreats (in beautiful natural settings!) are one of my favourite ways of exploring the gifts of embodied leadership. Why? Because the rhythm of a retreat naturally supports us in slowing down, opening up, attuning to our inner world, and connecting with others. When we step away from our usual routines, new possibilities emerge. This precious spaciousness is fertile ground for inspiration, awareness, growth, perspective-taking, skill-building and change-making.
I favour locations with big windows, access to the natural world, and delicious healthy food. Overnight and day-time-only options are available. In person retreats typically consist of a series of six to ten sessions over two or three days.
Online retreats
I also offer my signature retreats online! These are delivered as full-day (or three-quarter-day) intensives just like in-person retreats, using Zoom. Same topics, same skills, same opportunities for interactive learning and community sharing, but in a more affordable and geographically flexible package.

TRAINING SESSIONS
Same impact, more modular package
As amazing and transformative as the training retreat experience is, sometimes it’s challenging to coordinate concentrated time for your people (staff, students, colleagues, members or teams). Because of this, I also offer the content of my signature training retreats in a more modular, bitesize format.
Weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly
Training sessions typically consist of a series of six to ten 2-hour sessions, either condensed over a single week, or spread out over a longer span. I can accommodate a range of options – including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, weekdays, weekends, evenings or daytimes – to fit your timezone and availability.
If you are interested in training sessions rather than retreats, we’ll find a schedule that works for you. Please note that due to travel considerations (and my rural location!), I am able to offer more options and flexibility online than in-person.
CONSULTING
Custom workshops, retreats, training and program design
Whether you are looking for a nuanced introduction to embodied-leadership-style group facilitation, a deep dive into a specific component, or some support making a culture shift for your staff, students, membership, group or team, I can create a custom designed experience just for you.
From half day to multi-day, online or in person, weekly or retreat style, I will work with you to meet your specific needs, budget and timing.

Real time, face to face
Because group facilitation is an interactive art, all of my offerings are interactive too. No pre-recorded content, or stacks of replays to get lost in, just lots of real-time support and connection!
I deliver my programs both locally and globally, in beautiful sunlight rooms, or from the convenience of your home or office via Zoom.
